S6 18-Roll Reversible Cold Rolling Mill

Designed for rolling high-strength alloy steel strip, stainless steel strip, silicon steel strip, and ultra-thin high-precision strip.

It combines four-high mill drive and roll-positioning concepts with Sendzimir-style side support technology. The smaller work roll diameter helps reduce rolling force, supports thinner gauges, and enables high-reduction rolling with approximately 10% energy saving.

Process flow: Coil loading car -> Uncoiler -> Entry straightener -> Left recoiler -> Entry equipment -> Main mill stand -> Exit equipment -> Right recoiler -> Coil unloading car

Sendzimir 20-Roll Reversible Cold Rolling Mill

Built for high-strength alloy steel strip, stainless steel strip, silicon steel strip, and ultra-thin high-precision strip rolling.

The monoblock cast housing provides high rigidity. Small-diameter work rolls, a cluster roll system, and multi-point support help improve strip shape, rolling accuracy, and pass reduction capability while keeping the mill compact and lightweight.

Process flow: Coil loading car -> Uncoiler -> Entry straightener -> Left recoiler -> Entry equipment -> Main mill stand -> Exit equipment -> Right recoiler -> Coil unloading car

AGC Continuous Cold Rolling Line

A high-efficiency, highly automated continuous cold rolling line for customers with higher production-volume requirements.

Junjian can provide two-stand, three-stand, four-stand, or five-stand configurations. The line integrates hydraulic screwdown AGC, automatic thickness measurement, endless rolling, and automatic welding.

Process flow: Coil loading car -> Uncoiler -> Welding platform -> Looper -> Continuous mill stands -> Hydraulic shear -> Welding recoiler -> Coil unloading car

Finishing & Tensioning Line

Wet Skin-Pass Finishing Line

Used to improve strip flatness, surface quality, and hardness through controlled finishing and elongation management.

Compared with dry skin-pass rolling, the wet process sprays demineralized water at the work roll entry to clean the roll and strip surface, reduce surface defects, lower unit rolling force, reduce roll wear, and support stable elongation and surface-quality control.

Tension Leveling Line

Used to remove strip shape defects such as bilateral waves, single-side waves, center waves, and warping while improving strip hardness and eliminating the yield platform.

The control system is composed of PLC, touch screen, and DC speed controller. Constant elongation and constant tension control make the system stable and reliable for production use.

Recoiling, Uncoiling, and Reducer Units

Supporting winding equipment and core transmission components for slitting, purification, annealing, pickling, and other strip-processing lines.

Battery Truck / Flatbed Series

Battery Transfer Cart / Rail-Guided Flatbed

An electric rail transport vehicle for moving heavy loads between workshop bays. It is also known as a transfer flatbed, cross-bay cart, or electric flat car.

The cart offers high load capacity, low pollution, low deck height, and solid steel wheels with no tire breakage or burst risk. Motor-reducer travel control improves loading efficiency and reduces crane and labor cost.

Slitting Modules, Cleaning, and Pickling Equipment

Includes slitting hosts, slitting tension belt conveyors, slitting tension tables, continuous cleaning annealing lines, brushing equipment bodies, and pickling squeezing units.

These stand-alone modules supplement complete production lines and support cleaning, pickling, brushing, tension control, and auxiliary process integration.

Hydraulic, Temperature Control, and AGC Systems

The hydraulic scope includes engineering cylinders, hydraulic valve tables, and hydraulic shears, with optional temperature control and AGC automatic control systems.

Shao Rui Cast Steel Zone

Supported by Shaoguan Cast Steel Company in Lechang, Shaoguan, this area provides upstream raw materials for Junjian equipment manufacturing.

• Processes include sand mixing, V-process molding, lost-foam casting, and melting/casting furnaces.
• Main products include finished cast-steel components for metallurgy, mining machinery, and other general machinery applications.
