Description
A finishing and temper rolling route using demineralized-water spray to improve surface quality and stabilize elongation control.
Compared with dry temper rolling, the wet process cleans the work roll and strip surface at the entry side and supports improved surface quality.
Entry coil handling, uncoiler, entry bridle, wet skin-pass finishing mill, demineralized-water spray cleaning, temperature control, AGC or elongation control, exit bridle and recoiler.
