Slitting Line
Description
For cutting steel coils lengthwise into multiple narrow strips, then tensioning and recoiling them into finished strip coils.
The slitting line divides coiled sheet lengthwise into strips with required widths, then winds them into strip coils for downstream use.
Uncoiler, feeding guide, storage pit, transition guide plate, side guiding and centering, slitting host, edge scrap machine, reverse loop, tension machine, recoiler, hydraulic system, electrical control system and servo control system.
