Cut-to-Length Line

Description

For steel coil sheet production through coil opening, precision leveling, length measuring, flying shear or fixed shearing, conveying and stacking.

This line levels coiled strip and cuts it into sheets of specified length, then collects finished sheets into bundles for downstream processing or shipment.

Uncoiler, feeding guide, precision leveler, loop pit, transition guide plate, precision length feeder, flying shear or fixed shearing machine, conveyor table, stacking system, hydraulic system, electrical control system and servo length control system.
